Model Y 2nd Row Leg Room

Just took a look at these pics... I have a question about the center seat. Does it appear to have an integrated fold down booster seat for kids or is that wishful thinking on my part? Could it be fold-down cup holders? If it's the former, that's a huge plus for me. I've seen the integrated...

    EV-CPO.com CPO Consolidator support thread

Hello EV-CPO! Thanks for the great site - been watching it for years now... Just saw what appears to be recent updates showing: Used Model 3s, and Leasing a New or Used Tesla - including Model 3s (with TesLease). Great developments! Regarding the TesLease page, you mention this: "Lease in...

Just wanted to add my thanks to Bayol and all who have influenced the creation of the site...THANK YOU!! Great work! (Midnight Silver Metalic or Silver Metalic are my faves - Signature Red looks better than I would have anticipated and is now in the running for my reservation!).

    Postpone New Car Purchase?

Was planning on a 2nd car for the family in late 2016/early 2017 - postponed for Model 3 reservation. Also, once price/options are finalized figured that would be late 2017. If a CPO 2015/2016 Model S winds up being in a similar price range as a specced out M3, we may opt for the Model S...

    EV-CPO.com CPO Consolidator support thread

Hank - Great site, and so useful! I send everyone I know there who might be interested in a used Tesla. 2 questions: 1) Is there a future possibility of adding a column to differentiate the "new" (refreshed update) of Model S with the new front end vs. a "Classic" Model S? 2) Any thoughts of...

Tesla, this is what the production Model 3 should look like

This is a subtle but very important, impressive change to the nose. Aerodynamically it should work well, and aesthetically harkens back to the nose shape of the original Roadster (minus the grill opening on the Roadster). EXCELLENT!! @elonmusk - please consider this!

    Wiki Model 3 Reveal Event Coverage (3/31/16) 8:30PM PST - Discussion/Pictures/Video

Any thoughts this might be used as a model for a front end update for the Model S as well? I know they've been working their way away from the nose cone. I have to say the longer I look at it, the better it looks! Silver looks great!

Tesla announced 17,400 deliveries in Q4, with 208 Model X

Agreed. Also not mentioned when comparing to a Porsche, is they have many more cars in their product line. 2 SUVs, a Sedan and several (5+?) Sports cars. Tesla has the Model S, and just began production of the X, and have 1 retired Roadster. For being voted car of the year in several...

Thank you for the great work Henry!! Also, is it me, or did the prices seem to come down further on a lot of these cars? Viewing the first 100 entries, sorted by price, all are low $60,000's down to $45,900...wow!

2013 Dolphin Grey Model S 85kWh, 25k miles, excellent condition, $59,500 and it's yours for Christma

Forgive me if this is a silly question - Do heated seats only come with a Subzero package? In one of the photos of the touchscreen above, it appears that the seat-heat icons are there - does this car have heated seats? I'm interested and live in NJ (in-laws are in Bucks County). Thanks!

    The new nose

O.k. - I'm just playing here and I'm a Photoshop hack, but some ideas (for fun)... A "falcon" hood, to go with the wing doors: ...and a more smoothed hood (not too crazy about how it came out, after all - but what the heck) also increased the ground 'scoop' size in both.

    The new nose

I like it. It looks balanced and 'complete'.
  19. myke3000

    The new nose

I like it. The idea is that the curved hood edge where the "T" is was curved to be the top of the nose cone. I think there just needs to be something to complete the 'thought' and bring symmetry to the curve. Otherwise, without the nose cone, the curved hood front is unnecessary.

[Rumor] Nose cone will be body colored on the X

I like this rendering better than what went live last night. The aerodynamics of the front hood slope make more sense in your mock-up. What went live last night looks like a last minute "delete" and cover up of where the nose cone was on the prototype. I can appreciate Franz not wanting to...

    The new nose

Wholeheartedly agree. When the cars first rolled out, like many, I thought that they had a cover over the nose. It really looks like it was a last minute maneuver and not an original design element. If you follow the hood line and headlight cues, the angle of the front is only to accommodate...
