It does not swivel. However you would not want to, its a perfect viewing angle. I'd post a screenshot of the truck in my garage, but you dont have to believe me.
Got the truck Tuesday. Here is the deal:
1. You must make all your payments; they won't call you, they won't tell you anything until the truck is paid for. I ended up driving a check later on Monday, saw the truck dirty as hell, straight from the factory. It was not driven ;)
2. It takes close...
Hello,
Question for people who have got their Cyber Truck. My Truck was offloaded on Saturday around 10am at the dealership here in South Florida. The service advisor immediately sent me a text asking when I want to pick it up. I told them NOW of course.....They replied a few hours later and...
My buddy throws up 3 out of 5 times he drives with me. Says its something about the Regen that makes him sick. He keeps throwing up because I don't drive like a grandma.
Yeah I emailed them and they responded back pretty quick. Good guys overthere. He does have the whistling noise at 79MPH but they don't know whats causing it yet.
I see your inovice, I got the same exact parts. I'm wondering if there is not also some adjustments on the motor mounts that they are not documenting. So far two of us have it solved. But yes, of course I will keep updated if it returns.
Just got my car back. Completely 100% solved. I'll keep this thread updated after 1000 miles, but the entire car feels more smooth now through all MPH.
Tell them to lookup the engineering bulletin. Its a well-documented issue. Force them. Tell them you will continue to put in service requests until someone feels the vibration. Take the service manager for a ride.
Tesla is lurking this Thread. Apparently, there is a new Plaid half shaft that is fixing the issue. They installed the old S & X shafts in these cars and they had issues. Buddy of mine got his replaced and fixed the issue. I have an appointment scheduled.
I've always thought it could be solved with a firmware update. It always felt like a throttle curve issue around this range where the front motor is either pulling, or not pulling at the same speed as the rear.
If you have 19's it definitely gets to a point where its barely noticeable. For those of us who know what to look for, we can still feel it on
Same, I noticed the same thing. The vibration is almost gone on this new firmware. I'll see if it continues. But so far I'm blaming the cold weather.
Youtubers definitely hype it way more than they should. Its pretty horrible. And by horrible I mean swearing into oncoming traffic almost every day on a straight line road with GPS telling it to go straight.
I have a feeling mine is coming through the piller. I'll try taping all the way down on the door to see if that solves. I'm also not entirely convinced its wind noise. I think it could be harmonics from tires or motor.
Yeah we all have it. Seems if I open the back passenger door and close it again it shuts off....sometimes. Othertimes I have to open the app and lock the doors.
NIce let me know if the tape helps. Could be the seal needs to be a bit stronger in the back.....If I had to choose I would definitely pick getting rid of the noise at 75+. Its super annoying
