Besides the seat settings, I agree that it's unlikely anyone at the carwash would deliberately change settings, but it can happen inadvertently.

Yes, it seems to be a problem caused by the extreme local heat. Unplugging and re-plugging both ends seems to have resolved the issue (for now). Thanks to everyone for all the help!

To follow up after additional driving, it doesn't seem to make sense to have to change the suspension while driving to avoid bottoming out. Is there no way to set the 2022 MS suspension to "High" permanently?

You can now customize access to functions on bottom row by holding down the … symbol. Then drag the seat heater, defrost, etc. to bottom row. For example, are you saying that I can pull down the defroster icon from the climate page? Holding down that symbol just turns it on.
