My car has been at the detail shop, the body shop, or Tesla service for almost a month. I only have 400 miles on the car and a lot of that was doing Dragy runs, so I have no idea on the efficiency. I will measure that over the next week and update you on that.

Not at all. It is just an incompetent body shop and a busy Tesla service center. Tesla hasn’t followed through with making sure the body shop is completing the work on time, and my advisor is almost impossible to reach and doesn’t return text messages. 🤷‍♂️

Pretty simple. The LR 60-130 is close to a second faster than the Raven. The LR is doing 60-130 in just over in 7.5 seconds. The old P100D did it in 9.1 seconds. I’m not sure what the Raven did it in, but the high speed pulling power from the new battery architecture is significantly enhanced.

Why would Palladium be used to classify drive units? I would think there is no correlation there. I must be getting inaccurate quotes from my insurance companies. Who do you have your LR insurance through? Did they classify your LR appropriately?

If you look at the VIN decoder, it classifies the Motor/ Drive Unit as P2. This appears to reference Performance Motors and that is how Insurance companies are rating this car.

Yes, I just got a USAA quote and it was only marginally better. The Model S LR VIN comes up as a 2021 Model S Performance. I guess Tesla no longer makes a Model S that isn't classified as a Performance car.
