Hey TMC, Just got the EcoHitch for the Model 3 installed today. Ordering: Torklift was very up-front about the huge amount of orders they are seeing, and said there would be a 10 day manufacturing delay before the unit would ship. This turned out to be right on the money, and the unit arrived...

Mine fell off as well. Now the door won’t open when you press on it, and have to resort to using the screen or the app to open the charge port door. My assumption is that it gives a signal, potentially a capacitive change, that signals the door press. I haven’t glued it back in yet. Perhaps...
