HI, I don't actually have a second shelf. I tinted my window before I receive the shelf. By tinting the windows, I found that the shelf is no longer needed. I saw someone else's shelf and I did not really care for the shelf anymore. That's why I put it on sale.

I just found out today my heater does not work. It was cold here in LA night. I increased the temperature to 75, then 80 and 85. All this does is increase the fan speed, with cold air coming out. Anyone with similar problem. I just noticed since I owned the car a year ago, I never had heater.

I guess the rep I talk to was not knowledgable about the service. If they do service the tire then I would not buy the insurance. I am wondering if Costco sells 19" tires. Thanks

I called the service center today and talked to a rep about 12500 mile service. I was told that tire rotation and balance is not included in 12500/annual service unless I purchase the additonal $700.00 plan for my 19" tires. That means I have to go to local tire center to have it...

I picked up my model S last weekend. The car was kind of dirty inside with fingerprints and footprints inside the cabin. There is appear to be clothing material that surrounds the inside cabin and windows frame. I saw many dark fingerprints. Anyone know how to clean this clothing material...
