I bought mine a year ago it stated 240, I always thought ppl were just rounding up. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've changed to 100% and belive it was 240 those times. Maybe the 5% efficiency/speed boost we got edged that number up.

I had mine replaced last weekend by mobile service was quick. They just pop out the old one and pop in a new one. It's covered on warrantee as well. Seems like a lot of people see this issue.

Humm, let me update that after looking at your pic a little more. Yours seems to be larger on one side mine is pretty much the same going all the way down ie even but it's about the same a bit past the weatherproofing.
