I have been wondering the same thing but from a low milage driver. I have received 10K Supercharging miles and only put 6K on my 2020 Chevy Bolt in three years. Granted, that was during the pandemic but my plan has been to "top up" weekly at the Supercharger and top up at home once in awhile...

One might assume that the Tax credits were aimed at those that actually NEEDED an incentive to be able to afford a new Tesla vehicle. As to why or how Tesla chose to offer the incentives, I'm guessing cancelled orders. In my case (lease) there was no guarantee that the tax credit would be...

I just ordered my first bifocals specifically for driving BUT, when I tried them on, the "reading distance" was far too close to my head to be helpful reading the screen. The gentleman took them back and is going to change the lenses. We'll see how this adjustment works out.

Now the price is $350 which is really tempting BUT my 12 year old (purchased it for my first Volt) EVSE is working just fine with my new Model 3. :cool:

I picked up my Model 3 on the 19th and I'm not seeing any supercharger credits yet. I was told that it may take a few days to show up......... SURE HOPE SO!

They now have added 10,000 miles of free Supercharger use!

Long time lurker here as I drove 4 Chevy electric vehicles. That ended this month with the discount and actually having vehicles in stock! Model 3 rear wheel delivery date 12/20......:cool:
