When you said “V4 cabinets” I got very interested since V4 charging cabinets do not exist yet (in public). V4 chargers, or V4 dispensers, or V4 charging pylons, etc. makes more sense, and is still exciting to see in AZ. Still seemed odd that Tesla needed to dig up everything, but that must have...

Hmmm… I hate to say it, or even think it, but I think “pause” seems to be the best description when hundreds of people that were responsible for pushing forward international progress on an important agenda are suddenly gone, and only a handful of people are left to continue the work.

Yeah, really weird course of action for Tesla. I wouldn’t expect any new superchargers in MN or WI this year. :(

Yeah, weirdest supercharger situation I have seen in 5 years. I can only think of 2 possibilities. An infrastructure upgrade in prep for a real V4 site. Or, the original install was flawed in some way.

I guess that is progress. But, why would they want to prevent municipalities from modernizing?

Yeah, with ZERO activity right now and it’s already mid-April, I am concerned that 0 new superchargers in MN is even a possibility. :( Hopefully things will ramp up soon, but even if a half-dozen permits show up this summer, those sites may not get operational before next winter.

I charged at Gallup and Farmington NM on Tuesday. After reading comments here, I was a little concerned about Eclipse traffic coming home from the Midwest region. But, both sites were quiet and reliable!
