Best place to look for recent experience at a particular charging location is on Plugshare, in the check-ins portion. Green River Supercharger on Plugshare shows ~8 positive experience reports over the last month or so. The last time a non-active report was given was from mid December 2021 and that time was a misuse of the reporting as the user was just reporting a single stall didn't work for them, not that the whole site wasn't working. Of course, this recent past history is not a guarantee that a site won't be down for some freak reason when the next person shows up. But it is showing that the site isn't having any regular issues.
The in-car nav will not route you through a supercharger that is down (or even decades), so if the route planner shows you stopping there, that is a useful way to have confidence it is operational. You can also look at the supercharger pins on the in-car map. If it is down or regarded, it will be grey instead of red. When you tap on it, it'll usually provide a status like (degraded or offline).

FYI the hotel next door isn't too friendly for Tesla drivers asking to use their bathrooms. I suggest making alternate plans for a pit stop before charging.

The front desk guy said Tesla drivers had "trashed" the bathrooms four times.
Another reason that I am excited for the 16 stall V3 site to open in Green River. Hopefully it will have better accommodations and some food nearby.

Isn't the museum the host though? Their bathrooms are not very nice, but I remember using them. I can't remember if they were available 24/7.
