Utter bollocks!!! Give me one logical explanation for why buyers are not buying into this plummet? Tesla deserves to be worth 10-20 billion, yet it can barly hold 3. My head can't handle this!! I still want an explanation for why the stock rallied for 1 week straight to near 52 week high, then collapsed. At this level,we have broken the 200 day!! WTH!! Does the term sold out through 2014 mean nothing? I hate you guys!!, completely useless.

What answer would make you happy? Tell us and we'll say it. Most of the financial "experts" didn't see the financial crisis from a few years ago coming and you want answers here? Please sell your position in the stock. This was suggested at 34 and you refused to sell saying you'd never sell. If that's the case then why does the short term matter at all? Bet long and take a break from all this.

How have you been useful to us? Your analysis about Tesla hitting 100 soon seems to be off the mark. If people were talking your financial advice they'd be out a lot of money. Why do you start an investment column on Seeking Alpha? That seems to be he place for this kind of thing.

You guys post useless answers that can only be interpreted as sarcastic, or intentionally unless. Either that or you choose to not post anything useful. I have a hard time believing no-one here has any clue what is triggering this insane movement/ the insane short interest. Any time he stock has dropped this much it has been because of something being horribly wrong, some institutionn downgrading the stock, or some technical problem!? The answer that most people couldn't predict the housing bubble isn't an answer. Doesn't explain why the stock is collapsing for no reason. If it doesn't jump tomorrow, I am going to be pissed. Selling here would be stupid, since 26 has to be the bottom, since I see it going to 22 as impossible. even then, there is no point, utter crapnthat good news, and exceeding expectations seems to do nothing!!, WTF!!, I refuse to sell at a 15-20% loss! Doesn't change he fact I'll be pissed if it gets worse without any logical cause! I just saw something about Fidelity selling its position? Is this right? wTH? Is this right? Someone shoot me now!!

@Iamthecaliflower - please watch your language. And insulting forum members is not going to win you any sort of answers.

Today more people decided to sell than to buy. I haven't had a chance to interview them all, and also I haven't interviewed all others who decided today was not going to be the day they would buy TSLA.

That's really all there is to it. I can also come up with a dozen theories backing this up, but rest assured they are all worthless.

In this case I would hold on, but sometimes it's better to sell at a 20% loss than to sell at a 50% loss. I know, I've been there.

As others have said: welcome to the stock market!

I think the mistake is that Cali expects answers. This is a discussion, not Q&A. No one here is the final answer on anything happening in the market.

Cali, again (for probably the umpteenth time), you're welcome to join the discussion. But railing at us because you don't like what the market is doing will likely result in you being banned. It's tiresome to constantly see your hissy fits on my screen.

I didn't attack anyone, nor did I mention anyone in particular. I simply asked the question ; What the hell happened today? Is there any validity to saying Fidelity is liquidating their position? I don't like being censored and having my post deleted. I don't believe I said anything wrong, or incorrect. I may use strong language, but never anything that directly attacks anyone or which says anything that is unreasonable or insinuating. Thats how I speak about anything - in real life or on a forum. I simply don't like stupid, useless answers! Im a no nonsense kind of person. I simply ask this forum of people who are supposed to be much more educated then I (at least I hope you are) what the hell is causing this!! I don't like vague answers that shine with a glimmer or hope, and do nothing but speak of a belief. This movement freaks me the hell out. I won't sell here because doing so woud be stupid!! I have a hard time believing no-one has any ideas. The response that there are simply more sellers then buyers today is not really an answer. I am hoping someone has some educated insight into this. I'm not looking for the result of a survey, simply an educated explanation by someone that can honestly say their views are based on more then hope. I have read a handful of such comments from people on this forum before. These people know who they are, and I hope they will respond.

Your posts weren't deleted. They were moved. Follow the link.

Perhaps calling everyone useless and saying you hate everyone crossed the line. You expect crisp answers about the stock market. Not. Going. To. Happen. It's the stock market.
