    Netherlands: Dutch government gives out permits to charging point operators

    Short translation: Dutch government will give out permits (without fee) which will allow companies to operate charging points along highway resting areas.

    @LuckyLuke: This is the only time I've heard about this. Is this still something that the goverment do? Maybe they have to do more about it. I think that it would work if the highwayrestaurants and stuff like that has some parkingplaces where you can charge your car while you are eating or drinking something.
