The author and his father managed to both 'fill up' at the Gilroy Supercharger and then run out of juice where the only charging opportunity was a (presumed) 30amp J1772. He made it sound like it was the car's fault that he failed to plan well enough or manage his charge/driving style in order to reach his hotel; he admits to having too much fun driving the car on twisty mountain roads. He doesn't say how far he went on that charge, either.
All in all, it's rather a "we liked the car itself but the charging infrastructure isn't there yet" review. So: mostly a yawn, except as it tends to discourage people new to EVs.
