Just a month ago, I was in the left turn lane and the left traffic signal just turned green for me. There was a truck coming towards me. Something was off, just enough to cause me not to make the turn. Sure enough, he barreled through his own red light at full steam. Another free lesson learned!!!

A signal not only telegraphs intent, it also attracts attention and makes the car more noticeable. That lesson learned from many years of riding a motorcycle. It's a little thing, but games are sometimes won by just inches.

Bug report does not get transmitted to the mothership. It stays resident on the car. It creates a snapshot that a tech can look at when the car is in service at a service center. That has been reported here on TMC. I don't know if that's really true.

What explanation did the seller give for why the camera was not working? Does it show damage? If no damage it could easily be waranty work. You may get lucky if you take it in yourself and they diagnose and fix it in a couple of days. Or you may get stuck without a car as they wait for parts.

Being gun shy is OK. But trying Autosteer just once in awhile will remove some of the sensitivity and help one become more familiar with the car. Just do it on a four lane (2 each side) with no cars around. You'll become proficient at engaging TACC by itself this way. At the very least, try this...

I second this idea. I rarely try Autosteer, just for grins now and then. Setting to double click makes engaging TACC easy with a single click.

When my 2022 MSLR had a free month of FSDS V12.3.6 with update 2024.3.25 (my car now has 2024.14.7 with inactive FSDS V12.3.6) it never gave any warnings, none at all. But of course, I was always attentive and had my hands on the yoke. And I always wore polarized sunglasses and a baseball cap.

In 2yrs with a 2022 MSLR I've never put any thought, until now, about putting the car into park. I just do it when it's ready to sit still. Every day however, I perform a 2 point turn to back into the garage. It gets put into R before the car is stopped but still going only a mile an hour or less.

There are threads here on TMC discussing this. Some suggest using a glass polish. But like the post above says, take it to a detailer for their recomendation.

My Deep Blue Metalic 2022 MSLR has cream interior. It's an easy color. Not as bipolar between stark white and pitch black.

I was also a Zaino user for my 1996 C4 Corvette. Awesome stuff! However, I tired of the "system" and all the steps. That car is gone now. PPF and ceramic on my 2022 MSLR make keeping the car beautiful a breeze. For our ICE car I'm using P21S. That wax goes on and buffs off so easy.
