That sounds like web page isn't getting a proper GPS location. Have you granted permission for the web page to get your GPS location? Is the wind information being shown for the closest city (weather station) to where you are located?
Location is active, the API keys are entered. The page gets the heading info and keeps it updated, just no elevation and current speed is 0 +- headwind.

Was excited to try this out - got both API's, but only the wind speed/direction seems to update. Elevation stays at -1,000 feet and ground speed is at 0.1 MPH.

Closed/re-opened it, Drove at 60 and 70 MPH for hours, no changes other than the wind/direction/heading.
Double checked the API's in the browser and they're correct. Can someone narrow down if it's GeoNames or Openweathermap that might be the issue?
My thought was that Geonames is working because it knows where it is and what direction/heading I'm traveling?
