Case Friendly Dock Adapter - for Tesla Model 3

Ned at Skyline was kind enough to send me one of their Case Friendly Dock Adapters to test out. It's a simple design that sits as an insert between the base and the coverplate/lip at the bottom of the tray. Pretty slick, and definitely worth getting if you have a large phone case.

Since I've already got the Jeda wireless charging pad, I don't need the cables anymore -- but, because of the thickness of the Jeda pad, I've been having problems with my phone sometimes sliding off. So, this served to extend the lip at the bottom, and now my phone stays put... so for that alone I'd say it's worth it!

Correct. Everything closes fine. You won't even tell there's a spacer in there, unless you look closely from the side, like in my first photo...and even then it's so subtle I threw that yellow arrow on there to make it clear in the picture.

I received my Jeda wireless charging pad last week. Super easy to install and it works (and looks) great! Problem solved.

(If your phone doesn't have wireless charging, you can add it with a $17 part... something like this.)

What are the charging times comparing the wireless pad with a direct cable connection? I assume wireless is slower, but is it appreciably so?
