External URLS blocked by Avast

external URLs get click tracked and prior to this week resolved to the final URL.

This week Avast is blocking them.

1. TMC may have changed the click tracking and run a fowl of the blocking.
2. Avast may have changed the blocking behavior.

I'm not sure which is the case. An example URL is below

The log file on my drive says

I'm not sure if the log doesn't have room for the full URL or if avast isn't parsing it correctly.

The earliest block in the log for TMC was from June 15th.

Whatever it was, I turned off avast web shield for a few weeks because of it blocking TMC URLs, tested it again today and it doesn't block or complain any more.
