Hi, i got cost estimates using Ceramic Pro Kavaca ppf for partial front (Hood, bumper, head lights, front fender, mirrors) for $2100 and Ceramic quoting (Ceramic pro) for whole boby including glass and wheels for $1000-$1700. Do you think these are reasonable estiamtes? I am based in Philadelphia.

Yes, seems to be in line. I'm not sure if Ceramic Pro Kavaca PPF is good or not though. I'm more familiar with Xpel, Suntek, Stek PPFs. But full front (hood, bumper, lights, fender, and mirror) for ~$2K (excluding full paint correction in those areas) seems average. Same thing for ceramic coating, whole car ceramic coating is around ~$2K excluding full paint correction.
