The passenger's side headlight has been replaced twice on my 2018, which I have had for 20 months and 29K miles now. When they replace that headlamp, expect the panel alignment in that area to get messed up.

Tirerack was $344 per tire, Tesla service center is $350 per tire. For only $6 more per tire, its just easier to buy them at the service center. I won't have to take the car seats out. And they did happen to have my tire size in stock.

On my previous car, and Infinity G37 I would buy the tires off of tirerack, ship them to my house, and then put them in the back and take them to Firestone or some similar place to be installed. But I'm not sure I can even get all 4 tires in the back of the S, they are pretty big.

Just noticed a big, big drop in range when charging to 80%. Before the update I was getting 244 consistently, now it just dropped to 239.

I would have to agree here. Seems like a few delays and some radio silence is right on par. Its a rite of passage you have to experience to get the car directly from Tesla.
