Do we know of all the countries that Tesla currently sells to, how many have started deliveries. Curious if Canada is the only country that hasn’t seen deliveries yet ?

I hear you. But keep in mind, the US EDD’s have gone up and down just like this and meant nothing. At the end of the day, it’s the beginning of June, and quite a few people that had dates way out have cars now. I would try to ignore the date for now. It means very little. Still deflating...

It will be a miracle if they offer up that much good will to repair it. It would be very improbable for so many people to miss that amount of damage during delivery. They are definitely going to assume it was done after. May the good will gods be on your aside.

Tesla announced sales for Chinese model 3 Performance will start mid June. I’m hoping that somehow means Canada will see them starting mid June also. Likely wishful thinking, but one can hope. :)

Just saw this video uploaded. It stated the car came with 4680 batteries. Pretty sure they have LG 2170’s. (World) and Pano 2170’s (US). Just for sanity this is correct right ?

Hmm. Didn’t think about a third set. I like that. Summer tires, for about 3 months or so. All seasons for about 4 months or so, and winters for 4 or 5 months. I could do that. I swap my own tires anyway, so that works out.

I admit, it’s still sitting in the back of my mind. But the reality is, it’s amazing value, and even without the value, it’s a kick ass car. I’m over it. Just not looking forward to the very long wait.

And thank God for that. That process is what all other mfg’s use. It sucks, it’s a ridiculous game, and it’s frustrating. I’m thankful Tesla abandoned that part of buying a car.

Deliveries will be starting soon we hope. Wanted to start a Canadian thread for the 2024 Model 3 Performance. My EDD is sitting at Aug 14th - Sept 25th. Ordered a few days after it was announced. White exterior, black interior.

I would imagine the logistics, locations, trims, and volumes would make managing a proper “next in line system” nearly impossible. They likely don’t even try initially.

Seeing more USA deliveries being pushed back to the date range we were given here in Canada. (July-Aug). I hope that doesn’t mean we will be pushed even further into Q4…

Those different designs are not performance cars. They’re LR, SR, etc.

Ya, those are large differences for sure. Awesome to see. I think it’s safe to say, the LG won’t fair as well. How close they are we will see. It would be pretty disappointing, if the new M3P (LG pack) has similar stats to the original M3….

US M3P just increased the range gap with the recent increase to 303 miles for US cars. .. Would it have killed Elon to add 3 more kw/h’s to the national M3P Cars. ? Huge Tesla fan, but this really doesn’t feel good.

I hope the tariffs President Biden put on Chinese batteries doesn’t impact deliveries outside the US. Could even affect US deliveries, if Elon shifts all production for everyone to the US as a result. That would stall all deliveries.

I’m in Ontario Canada. I’ll likely burn through the summers, then get a second set of rims. One for winter tires, and one set for all seasons. That’s my current set up.

Hopefully we will have a better sense of delivery timelines of new M3P cars in the next 4-6 weeks. US deliveries should be happening any day now. Can’t wait to see more videos of its performance. Would be nice to see a head to head of the LG and Panasonic models as well.

Not sure about the reflectors. I would imagine they’re the same. The matrix/adaptive headlights are in all new teslas.
