My issues have been I'll choose a date/time for service through the Tesla app, but a few days later someone from Tesla would change my service to a different date/time without consulting me first. They feel I'm available anytime that is convenient for them.

Yeah....I won't be upgrading. I'd rather do the city driving. If only Elon gave us hints or glimpse into additional features we will definitely be getting in the very near future that's specific for FSD. Maybe then it will be worth the $3k. But if it's just city driving I'll pass.

I had issues with my LTE for several weeks and recently took it in for service. I've mentioned I am constantly seeing the slash through the bars. This is what they did.... I no longer experiencing drops in connection. The streaming of Spotify is instant and the navigation is working great.

Try to connect the car to your home wifi. Open the Tesla app on your phone and select Schedule Service. And the next screen choose Software Update. Wait a couple days for them to push out software update to your car.
