My 2015 P90PL, has 204,000 klms (126,000 miles) on V1 battery. It's never failed. You've prompted me to do 100% charge and check 'rated range'. Will share when I get result.

Hi sorry for delayed response. I haven't installed dash cam. But have upgraded to MCU2, which is just fantastic. Make the car feel like new again. Very quick rendering and instantaneous response from spotify, netflix etc.

No. So that may be the difference. Mines V1. perhaps they upgraded fuse etc as part of V3?

When mine was upgrade from P90D to P90DL, they had to change out the fuses and some other parts to facilitate the Ludicrous upgrade. It wasn't an over the air update.

Are you happy with the performance - ie is it like it was when new?

My rationale was that, if MCU1 needs to be replaced under warranty it would cost Tesla $x. So perhaps they may charge me MCU2 - $x. Probably not, and like I said earlier, I'm going ahead with it anyway ($4,000 AUD) - I'll ask though.

Thanks for feedback everyone - I'll def go ahead in the New Year and install dash and rear cams.

Also, set your 'Easy Entry' seat position such that the seat is further to the rear of the car. This avoids abrasion of bolster and seat in general when entering and exiting the vehicle.

My 2015 MS P90D 140, 000 klms (87K miles) - 7% deg since new. Usually AC charged - SC about 50 times.
