Very useful posting! I was able to use the same parts and techniques to put in trailer wiring for my 2023 M3 RWD. I bought a Curt 13449 2 hitch receiver hitch from Amazon for $302 including shipping. It fits well and looks fine. It's not stealth style but so far I haven't scraped it on...
