Have we seen many deliveries out of Shanghai (i.e. global)? Seems US customer deliveries are in full swing now. I recall a tweet from someone in Abu Dhabi receiving one, but besides several Australian reviewers (which were probably showroom cars), I don't remember seeing any.

I wonder if there simply hasn't been enough M3P orders in Canada to justify a shipment from Shanghai and they project there will be around July-ish. From other posts, seems there has already been several deliveries from the Shanghai factory to Thailand and Dubai.

My Gray/Black EDD just had it's first update from "July 2024" to "July 17 - August 28". Need more Canadians to order some M3Ps so Tesla will bother loading up a shipment. 😄

My Stealth Gray/Black M3P order estimated delivery just had it's first update from "July 2024" to "July 17 - August 28". There was no notification, just noticed it after checking the app again.

Just chiming in for other Canadian orders (already updated the tracker spreadsheet). Ordered right away on release day, but EDD hasn't changed from July. I am super torn about whether or not to get PPF. First nice car and would be sad if it got keyed or something, but on the other hand paying...

Haha yeah to be honest I didn't even realize there was a difference when I placed the order - I just wanted to get in line as soon as possible. Bit of a bummer that there's a difference between the US/international versions, but for me it's not a huge deal as I'm coming from a simple commuter...

Yeah I think proximity to manufacturing facility matters more than when order was placed. I ordered within a minute or so of launch, but being in Canada my estimate is July.

Can anyone comment on how much warning you typically receive for when you will need payment ready? Ordered the new M3P the minute it was available and it has an estimated delivery for July. Just curious how much time I'll have to get the cash ready for pickup.

Do I understand correctly that since the Performance cars made in Shanghai will use LFP NCM batteries that it would be alright to charge to 100%? Would be a small consolidation for the reduced performance compared to the Fremont built ones.

Safe to say no one knows when it'll come out. It felt like there was a good chance for beginning of April with the uncovered photos, but they must be giving media more time for their reviews. I also would be surprised if they release it on a Saturday, so I think next best guess is alongside...

Possible price leak of the Performance version at $73,290 CAD (~$54,000 USD) on the Tesla Canada rebates page? https://www.tesla.com/en_ca/support/incentives Not sure if this is an old price table, but it does line up if Tesla is trying to qualify for the US rebate.

Also seems like all we have left to speculate about is the release date and the price since Tesla was cool with letting everything else leak last week...

Same here, I just want to know the price. I think if it's over 80K CAD (60K USD), I'll just go for the LR. Although it looks awesome from the leaks so far, it will be really hard to justify ~20K over the LR. Not to mention increased insurance costs. My new guess is that youtuber videos release...

I hope they don't raise the price too much otherwise might have to just go for the LR. The last MSRP of the 2023 Model 3 Performance I could find was $73,290 CAD ($53,789 USD). (according to driving.ca) They seem to be going all out with this refresh though, so maybe it will end up being more...

We've seen numerous camouflaged sightings, an uncovered photoshoot in Valencia at the end of February, rumors of media invites to test drive last week, and now pics from the interior. I'm feeling an April 1st release date.

Saw some other comments on reddit claiming that it's common for performance trim seats to have active ventilation. Based on this photo I see no perforations. :( If this is true I might have to go for the LR instead. I want the speed, but also really want ventilated seats.
