With sites close to Lawrence, Lowell, Salem NH being or recently commissioned, I would expect the aforementioned sites to be coming online very shortly then. Personally, I have home charging but could use the backup during a power outage.

Are there nearby sites currently being commissioned? I would think that’s a strong signal that things are moving.

I don’t know that I would pay for it until it can recognize potholes better. But $50 would be what I would pay for the service.
