yes, you will use whatever lug nuts are on your car. if you have stock/factory wheels, then when you put on the Modern Spare, you would use the larger/wider holes. if you have aftermarket wheels, then when you put on the Modern Spare, you would use the smaller/narrower holes.

I haven't noticed any additional noise or rattles. the most difficult part was pushing and folding back the padding, its fairly thick and rigid. i believe both sets of holes are 5x114.3, the narrower set is aftermarket and the wider set are factory size.

5x114.3 pattern, factory lug nuts are wider at the base/cone/acorn, aftermarket lug nuts are narrower but they're both M14x1.5 thread aftermarket style stock/factory style got my Modern Spare last week. it had been sitting in the trunk. this week I did this mod.

i've had mine for 2 month (over 3,000 miles) and have not charged to 100%. i have mine on % charge instead of miles left. also, there is a margin of error, several youtubers have shown you can drive a few miles past 0% charge.

it will not. it most likely won't even fit just the 18x4 wheel by itself, without the tire. the tire is 145mm or 5.8" wide at the treads. the Y frunk is 15" tall at the tallest point (back side). measuring diagonally from the front bottom to the back top is 19"
