I canceled my 2023 order in the end and placed an new order. Current EDD is Feb-March. Lost the $250 order fee and the $1000 discount with Cybertruck preorder. Hope it's worth it. And POS tax credit is finally online. Are you going to take your delivery?

Tesla website says Feb-March if you place an order. A Tesla Sales person doesn't have access to any more information other than that. Back in October I was told by someone in the showroom that it's a 2-3 weeks wait. Ended up getting my vin in the end of December. Tesla sales people don't know...

My delivery date was pushed to this Saturday as well. If they still can't do it I'm considering canceling and reorder, as the Model X with the new"efficiency package" is just around the corner. Also I have bigger chance to get the POS credit in March when taking delivery.

I'm in SoCal, pick up location is Upland, CA. Not sure what I'm gonna do yet, if this is the "official" answer from Tesla, I'd pick up ASAP. Just don't know if I should trust what the delivery center person says.

Got some updates on point of sale tax credit. Called delivery center today, was told they receive the confirmation from the company that the POS tax credit won't be available for Model X, you will need to file your own tax like in 2023. He told me nothing will change if I wait for another week...

Same. Therefore I think we still can apply even if we don't take the point of sale one. Otherwise it shouldn't be on the Tesla app. Anyways, both of us will see how it goes by next week

It hurts my feeling by reading what you have experienced..The way Tesla deliver their vehicles is ridiculous in US, and this is how they deliver a model Y in China: Not saying in US they have to be the same way, but at least keep the car clean and damage free. Nobody deserves this for a 100k car.

We are on the same boat then. My estimated delivery is Dec 13-Jan 12, which could be next week.. I'm anxious about the VIN, ambient light/ front camera upgrade.. and Tax credit changes in 2024. Guess I will just leave it all to fate.

My "manage order" page is down. This happened since the day of Cybertruck delivery event. Everytime I click on the "manage" on my account dashboard, it does not send me to the page that I can see my configurations. Instead it just goes back to the dashboard page after loading.
