Rear knuckle bushing any issue with it?

Thank you for answering. Strange design, replacing the entire knuckle for a bad bushing🤔

Rear knuckle bushing any issue with it?

Are you able to replace the top camber arm bushing by cutting or pressing it out while in place? So that you don´t have to remove the entire knuckle to replace it? @nsyr

    Rear adjustable camber arms

A bit off topic, but since there is a lot of expertice in this thread can I ask if it is OK to have a bit of play in the stock camber arms? Car is not lowered, suspension is completly stock. Tesla says it is OK to have a little play in the wheel when checking. An independent third party garage...

    Chrome window trim permanent stains

I had the same problem on my 2019 model 3. Tried polishing with a machine but it did not work, even with heavy cut polish. I think there might be a clear coat on the trim, and there is some sort of chemical reaction under it. Ended up with chrome delete :)

Anyone try the Brembo HP2 pads for LR/SR?

HP2 pads in general has good reviews, but I couldnt find anyone that has them on their Model 3. Anyone on here? I would like to know if the feel is better and more consistent than with the standard pads. https://www.bremboparts.com/asiapacific/en/catalogue/upgradepad/07-B314-51

Reboot the touch screen with the steering wheel buttons

Just to add more confusion, a trick a mobile tech showed me is to change the language in the menu. That is supposed to force a reboot of more modules than the twin buttons.

Any other VW GTI or Golf R converts?

I had a mk7 GTI for a couple of years before buying the model 3. My favorite car I´ve had I think! Switched to electric to save cost on gas, but I do miss ICE cars( but not the gas prices). When I have more garage space in the future I would love a mk2 GTI 16v for a weekend car :)

Driving on Sanded/Dirt Road Voids HV Battery Warranty

Hi! Just wanted to say that I live in Norway, and they do use road salt here. In Sweden and Finland as well. What you read applies only to the most northern parts of Scandinavia. I live in the southern part, on the coast, and our climate is similar to the north east coast of the US and Canada...

Any tricks or tools for removing the aero wheel center caps?

I drilled a small hole in each of mine, end use a small angeled pick to pull them off. The hole is not vicible unless you are really close and know it´s there :) I assume he means a regular center cap on an aero wheel, not the aero hubcap.

Not relevant to your problem, sorry, but what mudflaps are those?

How I Recovered Half of my Battery's Lost Capacity

Like I said its just so that the BMS gets data from 55% and up, once in a while, since I rarely charge above that. Probably not necessary :)

How I Recovered Half of my Battery's Lost Capacity

Well we have two electric cars and one charger, so it kinda works itself out. I charge only to 55% unless i need more for a roadtrip. And since the other car needs the charger more often than the Tesla, it usually sits with 5-55% SOC. Before I go on a roadtrip I ramp up the charge over a...

How I Recovered Half of my Battery's Lost Capacity

It works. I bought a 2019 LR AWD last summer, and the estimated range showed 460 km/ 285 miles. A year later it says 480km/ 298 miles. I also suggest following @AAKEE ´s advices on charging limits etc. in the range loss over time thread.

    Rear Tire Tread Warning

I have R3s, no problems with the "uneven thread" message. Have you reset your tire settings to winter tires in the service section of the infotainment?

When is track mode for M3LR with Acceleration boost coming? [no official announcement]

If they want to keep track mode for the performance models, they could give the rest of us a sport mode with some of the features. The ability to turn off traction control and maybe som front/rear bias presets :)

Brakes lock up when driving spiritedly

My last car was a Mk7 Golf GTI, tuned and better pads/discs. Not to far off in acceleration, but of course a lot lighter. 3020 lbs with me in it. Also on 235 tires. I agree the 235s are probably overwhelmed for the weight and speed. Thank you for your thorough response :) Stability control...

Brakes lock up when driving spiritedly

True, but I don´t think the brakes are the problem really. I think the tires are too narrow for the weight and power of the car. To help efficiency, probably. In northern europe at least, we don´t use all seasons. We have summer tires and winter tires. I don´t think it´s common to use all...

Brakes lock up when driving spiritedly

Not pushing that hard really, I feel it happens sooner than I would expect for a car with this much power. But I am more familiar with lighter cars with better brakes, so my driving style probably adapted to that. Not all seasons, PS4 T1 spec. Standard tire on Model 3s in Europe. This is my...

Brakes lock up when driving spiritedly

Hey! When I´m driving quickly on winding roads I find the brakes quickly lock up and ABS engages. I´m guessing this is because the car is pretty heavy, and 235 width tires are not enough to keep traction under braking? I have Michelin PS4 tires, new this season, so I don´t think there is...

Range Loss Over Time, What Can Be Expected, Efficiency, How to Maintain Battery Health

Hi! This is my first post here, I am so happy to see that there is an active forum for these cars. I have been into cars my entire life, and forums have always been a great source of information and amusement. Facebook groups are just not the same, especially not for Teslas. Seems like they...
