James - noticed a bug in the app when installing an update. Percentage on the main app screen shows 100% throughout install, when in fact it’s 10% or 30% etc. clicking on the installing button to see the detail shows the correct %. I have a screen recording video if you want one. No need to...
Is the info also available in the app or just web dashboard currently?
I’ve enabled it on the dash but app still shows it as ‘polling’. Dash gives me the additional data on battery temp etc so I know it’s enabled.
Try force closing and re-opening the Tesla app on your iPhone (if that's your setup). Found my wife's phone seemed to be the cause of this issue.
Edit: Though the issue reappeared a couple of weeks later so it's not a permanent fix
I had the same. Stuck on a date in June as last checked but then .7 was pushed overnight late Friday. As it usually the case with Tesla, you just have to wait…
Break even would be below ~13p. Hard to see you beating Tracker if 80% is already off peak at 7.5p and if you have scope to shift a further 10% to off-peak.
Maybe it’s a little oversized now but I found it so fiddly to select a round % with the older style. I’d just get my phone and use the app slider instead!
I set Off-Peak Charging to On under Schedule as a fallback, with off-peak end time of 05:30 and Departure time of 08:00 (or whatever you like) in the Tesla app, which is my fall back for the IO schedule failing to work (only once in 6 months). The car will always charge during IO hours in this...
Been getting the same for the past week. Toggling the Smart Charging button generally tends to generate a charging schedule, though doesn’t solve the ‘no vehicles’ error.
Which Supercharger is in the main photo? Planning a trip with a tow bar mounted bike rack and this looks more friendly with the SC to the side of the car rather the rear.
Good write-up.
For those with no defects and outside any returns window, there is little that can be done.
I’ve registered my disgust by email for sure, and asked for compensation, but I suspect no reply.
When it’s time for me change cars, I’ll know what to do.
Same as you. I love the MYP. Range is mildly disappointing but hoping it improves with the weather. Flooring it also emptied the tank of my X3 M40i pretty quickly too.
No defects so I’ve been happy since Nov pickup. Had a busy morning in it today and it’s so fun.
Annoying price cut for sure...

Interesting observation that the post-530 windows fall away if charging is completed. One of the downsides to using the Off Peak setting in the Tesla app, I guess.
I don't think so but as many have observed previously, you will achieve the same but toggling on Off-Peak Charge under Schedule>Departure in the Tesla app with an End-Time of 05:30 and departure time of say 8am (or whatever suits you). This also prevents the car from charging as soon as you...
Tried last night using Off-Peak in the Tesla app last night. 05:30 end time, then set both app and IO to 70% by 8am. I'm pretty sure, IO did it's thing overnight but to the usual 69%, then I'm pretty sure the Tesla app topped it up to 70% at around 7:30 as I got a Tesla app alert saying charging...
This is what I'd like to know the answer to.
I'm happy with full Sentry (and the associated drain) when out and about but it would also be nice to have the cameras come on with the alarm if using at Sentry at a place I would usually exclude (e.g. home) if the car can still sleep etc.. It seems...
I wonder what the battery usage comparison is vs full camera based sentry and vs turned off.
Mine too updated this morning although app only has Thai release notes.
I had to call Direct Line to get them to manually add the registration, which they were fine to do (and it had no impact on the online quoted price). I don't think Tesla will do anything ahead of then as it all seems to happy from the day of collection, which is then the date of first...
Good for you! Any issues?
I thought all came with 30 days free premium?
You may have to contact the lease company to get them to give you access in the app - I believe they have to add users on your behalf.
