Well what do you know? I received a notification from Tesla this morning through my service app that they have resolved the issue on the server for my account. I've now checked and no longer have the issue 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼! I also looked at my TeslaFi raw data feed and haven't had a single 404 response...

Well, I thought I'd close the loop on this one as Tesla has now confirmed this is a known server issue that they're working on - something I suspected from the start but had to go through the motions to get here. Frustratingly slow but hoping this gets resolved on their end soon.

Funny, I've got the same problem. My MY takes forever to wake up, and when it does, it disconnects almost immediately (ie: I wait for the car to wake up (a few mins), turn on HVAC, walk to the car, the app gives me error 404... I wait again, and then unlock). I"m waiting patiently on chat...

To add to the MSM momentum, I've been sitting (impatiently :) since my order date of March 27 and received a VIN yesterday. SA reached out and said a delivery advisor would reach out in the next couple days to book a formal delivery time. Hoping you have the same luck!

My original EDD was June 5, which got moved around plenty of times. I’ve got a great SA and she was pretty open about the information she has, and the information she doesn’t. She noticed a lot of blue, red, and whites were being delivered and she saw the queue I was in for a VIN assignment...

I was less inclined 6 weeks ago (I was offered a blue one instead), but given the wait and the fact that my (meaningless) EDD online got bumped to October from July 23 yesterday, I’m starting to consider the black 🤔

Changed from July 23 to October yesterday 😢. Again, I try not to take these online EDD’s too seriously. While not being able to guarantee when my MSM MY VIN will be issued, she did indicate that Edmonton and Calgary will be getting a big batch of MY’s in the next two weeks.

My SA mentioned as speculation that this might be the reason for the delay in MSM 6 weeks ago to me. Not the definitive answer you’re looking for but would explain deliveries of the other colours.

I ordered March 27 with no joy on an EDD. I was thinking the same thing. Lots of white, blue, and reds have been delivered. Haven’t heard of many MSMs being delivered. My SA said they’re expecting a batch of MY’s end of July. Fingers crossed my MSM is in there.

Totally agree. It's less about getting fussed about the wait, it's more about expectations management. I'm without car too but due to COVID restrictions in my part of North America, it was less of an issue as I wasn't really going anywhere and could use my wife's car. Let's see how our one...

Mine changed as well from June 3-22 to no date showing. For those who are constantly refreshing the site (like me :) ) it appears these changes are refreshed overnight and that the EDD changes are reflected on the site by 8am MT.
