1000% agree. Tesla's customer service was what made me buy a Tesla. But the service has been steadily deteriorating since 2020. I will probably not buy a Tesla as my next car.

Recently, I am unable to see anything in the reverse camera when I am reversing during daylight. At night time or dusk, I can see the camera image when reversing. Any one else having this problem? Any solutions? Started noticing this for the past month or so. Any suggestions appreicated.

Based on process of elimination, it seems to occur when the regenerative brake kicks in, as you take the foot off the accelerator, no slipping issues when I am accelerating even if very slowly. Only when the regenerative brakes kick in... !!!!

I actually learned something new today after driving for so many years. I tried this trick, it does work. Looks like time tested old fashion blind spot monitoring technique beats Tesla’s poor design in this safety issue. Thanks.

Unless your Y is entirely different from all other Y..... Perhaps taking your eyes off the road in peak traffic to look for the red vehicle icon in the center console is safer than a brief glance at the blinking light in the side mirror is better for you? Not for me and perhaps a lot of other...

IMHO... Biggest negative so far with the Y has been BLIND SPOT monitoring. Very poorly executed. There is a supposedly blind spot monitoring but it takes your eyes off the road to look at the screen and even then it does not work very well. The other no biggie issue is there is no rear cross...

The problem was I did not enable calendar option in the Y. I enabled it. Now have to see if syncs.
