I was able to fix my issue. Some sort of metal plate is embedded into the side panel by the subwoofer that was rattling. Some foam tape fixed all my issues.

I’ve done it twice already. This service center has generally been really good with fixing these things compared to the other one. However both are over a hour away so that’s my only issue. I may add sound deadening myself if it’s easy to take apart the panels.

What did they do to fix it? Mine is pretty bad. I have a 2023.

I ended up getting the trailer brake harness and was able to install my V1 today. Used the same wiring technique as this thread but took the power wire towards the driver footwell area and tapped into the trailer brake harness connector. Works great, turns on when door opens and radar turns off...

I ended up getting the trailer brake harness for a few dollars from Tesla service and hardwired it down the drivers side and now the radar turns on when the door opens and off when the door closes.

Got mine replaced during a service visit. It was also showing low battery within 2-3 weeks of owning the car.

Went back for a follow up for parts they had to order. Had them do an alignment and balance and happy to report it’s 90-95% gone. 23 LR

I emailed the operations advisor for the store I picked up the vehicle from. She said she would contact the DMV specialist to get an update. My Y paperwork arrived within a week. But I asked for another temp tag and she said it’s not legal to send another one. I may give them a call tomorrow.

Has anyone received their registration documentation? Pickup was last week of Nov and my temp tags expire in a few days.

Make sure someone is sitting in the drivers seat with pedal on brake. It turns off quickly after you stop and get out of the car or no one is in the drivers seat.

Yeah I wish I was closer. Both service centers are 90 minutes away and they must have loaners if he said they would determine on site. Seems silly. I will have my kids with me so I’ll try and get a car before my wife arrives.

Same. Started working for me after the 30.6 update. Never worked before.

It’s going in on the 28th (first appt) after taking delivery for this. Also my tailgate close button doesn’t work. I’ve also noticed is you have sport and firm ride selected on the suspension you can feel the vibrations a lot more. Going to comfort really makes a big difference.

Seems like I still have vibration issue on my new LRX. Picked up 3 weeks ago and had vibrations since I drove it home. Maybe it’s tire related since there’s not much issues for the vibration for the LR. I just got 44.1 a few hours ago and then 44.30.6 just downloaded.

My MX LR has had this issue since pickup on 11/29. Taking it in Friday 12/15 to see what they say. Hopefully they can push the 44 update.

Did this get resolved? My new 23 MX LR has this issue and I picked it up on 11/29. Taking it to service on 12/15. Says the .44 update seems to fix it, but not sure if it does for the LR or Plaid only.

Same I picked up on 11/29 and then updated within a few days to 38.9. Strange bc my MY took over 30-45 days to get an update.

They usually load an old version of the software usually 2-3 versions behind on all new builds. It takes 30-45 days normally for any new car to update.

Won’t know until Tesla announces it so probably 1/1/24 but everyone is anticipating it being lower.
