I got the update early this month then FSD followed on 5/14. I'm still not very impressed. First time I used it it couldn't get out of a parking lot near my home.... Although it is better than the last time I tried it a year or so ago.

Never did it last year. We canceled the hike due to wind conditions (50 mph sustained, 80 mph gusts) so did a lower level hike instead. And ran out of time to drive up. Perhaps this year.

I suspect yours won't be the first Tesla they have encountered. I also think that if the key card is moved to another location (cup holder, phone charger) it will allow the car to sleep. It has to be in a specific location on the console to work. Not sure about the app, but I've had mine work...

As you probably know by now, Tesla service is exorbitant (as are most dealer services, so they aren't unique). I had a tire patched at a Meineke while on the road for $35, and also another tire patched by Tesla in my driveway that cost me $125.... 🤷‍♂️ And I bought my new tires from Tire Rack...

Exactly. We don't know who installed it, for example. As noted above, it can be a little tricky to do so best left to Tesla to put it on properly.

The 170 kWh was listed as 'Max' charge rate in the specs on their website. Charge rates have always been listed as 'Max'.

The rack is designed to rest on connection points on the roof, not on the glass. I would just have Tesla install the rack to ensure it's done properly. As long as you don't load it in excess of 165 pounds you should be okay. I'm not sure what it will cost you in range or additional noise.

DOT regulation 383.83 states that a speedometer must be accurate to within plus or minus 5 mph at 50 mph. So the manufacturers have nothing to do with it.
