Tesla just doesn't respond to emails, period... it continues to stun me each and every day as to how they treat their customers... if I ignored emails for weeks/months on end like they do, I would not have a job... plain and simple...

Unfortunately, SMART program is essentially worthless now, at least in my personal experience... my rate is something like $0.03/kWh and from what I am told, this is actually a relatively high rate.

I'm with National Grid in Bellingham and still haven't received my check from *last* year (Tesla is clueless as to why)... in addition, I haven't seen this new UI so I am questioning if I'm even enrolled still this year...

My 2020 M3 takes 2-3 seconds to load a new song (oddly, scrubbing around in a song is smooth) and songs will just skip (fail to play) now and then. Two or three songs in a row when this happens, no rhyme or reason that I can see...

Just to clarify what I mean by "delay", check out this video... you can hear the song playing and then when I "rewind" the song, there's the spinning arrow as it seems to be loading before it plays again

One other thing that I've noticed that is that in my playlist some songs are shown in black text, while others are in grey text. Seems similar to Apple Music app when songs are not enabled but all songs are enabled in the playlist

Got some questions that maybe others have figured out about Tesla Apple Music. When playing a song or showing music in general, what does the '+' button do? I know that clicking it makes it a CheckMark - my expectation is that is similar to adding a song to your library in the MacOS Music app...

And just today, I noticed that my app is no longer displayed 'TVPP' which likely means (as before) that I'm not participating in events as of today. I've already called Tesla but this is ridiculous

And the event ended at ~41% full, down from 100%... so weird...

So strange... a short time ago, I got an alert for Storm Watch... then my PWs started charging and then while still in SW, they began discharging for a CS event... and now the SW event is gone, yet there's still lots of rain and thunder... gotta love it

My system is newer, installed May 2022 but they're just PW, not PW+

Oddly, my batteries only discharge to ~30% when an event runs from 5PM to 7PM. They still discharge at 10kW for a total of ~19.8kWh. The odd part is that this would imply a total capacity of >28kWh

Personally, I want it to charge my battery as fast as possible via solar to ensure that it's at 100% for any potential event. Therefore, I prefer it when it dumps all solar production into the battery until full, utilizing the grid for all house use. Your "purchases" from EverSource don't...

I think that others are seeing this but just to confirm... it seems that Tesla/NG/EverSource are often pulling at the full 5 kW per PW, regardless of whether the event is 2 or 3 hrs? Is that correct? I just had an event that discharged from 4PM to approximately 6:15PM at 10 kW (2x PW here)...

Finally got my PowerWalls working with ConnectedSolutions... took me calling into PW Support, fixed after about 2 hrs... all after they ignored my emails for 10+ days. Now begins my fight to have them not count those missed 19/22 events against me

If they were floor mounted then they would have been ~3 ft out from the PWs (and seriously impacting parking). I always wanted to mount them above ground (to allow stuff underneath) and I asked that very question about the bollards. It's what the town wanted to meet MA code.

I have an existing 6kW solar system that Tesla is expanding upon with a 4.8kW + 2x PW this coming Monday. As I understand it, Tesla has some mode of operation that allows you to use your system w/ PW to some extent prior to PTO. Will that work for me with an expansion system (and this no PW+)?
