Lol the service center said the car is so new they dont know what's wrong. First M3P in the shop. They had to escalate this to the engineers and had to start a "Session", the engineers have to review and build a repair plan...
edit: they don't think it's a hardware issue. But I'm scouring...
I did before, I no longer have access since it's in service.
It looked clear as day to me. Visualizations on the screen showed cars on all sides and nothing looked off. weird.
When I talked to the technician this morning, he said the internal alert showed the left pillar camera was affected. Wondering if that counts as a "front camera"
Small issue. But got my performance yesterday in San Diego.
Front camera was fine yesterday but today all day got a warning about it being blocked or blinded. Hard rebooted 3x, reset camera calibration, wiped windshield. Nothing worked. Service is Wednesday.

apparently ill be the first to take delivery from this delivery center. They told me to come closer to 5pm, which means they're probably still working through the update but wants to set the schedules in case they succeed.
Delivery team on Miramar called and said they have high confidence updates will finish by tomorrow and deliveries can start after that.
They do deliveries every single day aside from Christmas, so they will deliver on Sundays and memorial day.
It's been six hours, and every other time I message, I get an answer back within the hour. You can probably tone down the passive aggressiveness in your assumptions.
My VIN was assigned without a text. I woke up at 6am and saw it, then got a text at 7am that I had a message in my inbox, the message was to get insurance lol.
