I found it easier for me to just deal with Modern Spare, they sold me the jack, spare tire, lug nuts and lug wrench along with the correct spacer. Here in Az if you purchased a used vehicle from a private owner, no sales tax. in my city we are at 9.2% county, state and city tax, so close to a $9,000 savings to me to buy the used 2019 I bought with 4,000 miles from a private owenr.

I like owning over leasing, you control what you can do with the vehilce not them. I also like the used warranty Tesla offers, but I purchased a really low mileage 2019 from a private party and didn't have to pay sales tax here in Arizona. So far with almost 10,000 miles no repairs needed.

I clean my same x with a product called clay bar and it makes the color really deep looking. I think from what i see it is on the surface and should come off with little effort. I would try to get ii cleaned yourself and forget about the service center.

My 2019 X with the Tesla wall charger hooked to a 60 amp breaker gives me 40 mph charge rate. I'm very pleased with that rate. When I use the 120 volt outlet I see 3 mph. I charge every Saturday or Sunday for about 3 to 4 hours to bring me up to 80% charge.
