Apart from a couple of reboots and a repush of the firmware there has been no fix on this for me. My Frunk seems to have jammed though and there is a Bulletin against it to get it fixed so when I take the car in I'll talk to a real person about it

Yes, although it is the speakers, in my Model S after the update, the GPS and indicator noise only comes from the centre speaker not the doors and is very quiet for the GPS and barely audible for the indicators. I've raised a service request.

Interesting, mine is the other way up, sounds like it is coming from the centre of the windscreen

Mine used to come from the speakers around the driver so it was less disturbing for the passengers, now it is just one speaker and not loud enough :(

I've just found this thread, I have the same problem, what's worse is the indicator ticking seems to no longer be working or be REALLY quiet on the centre speaker. I've raised a service request to see if they have an answer. Radio and Bluetooth seem unaffected.

I took the polestar on my run to work and not only was it not as comfy with the drivers aides on the road, on one corner it decided it couldn't cope and just just turned them off. At least the Tesla makes noise when that happens this just headed towards a tree...... Volvo safety for the win...

2017 in the UK was when it switched from AP2 to AP2.5, I don't think there is any way to tell the difference from the outside as the cameras were the same. If it has Sentry mode it is AP2.5, otherwise as stated you can pay to upgrade to MCU2 and AP3 with the existing cameras. This may help...
