    Supercharger - Lexington, NE

There are, although it has gradually reduced as states have given exceptions that allow resale of electricity at chargers. For some reason I specifically remember Kentucky changing its law. https://blinkcharging.com/blog/kwh-billing-and-new-ev-charging-tax-policies

Where a state only allows pricing per unit time, they vary the price based on power ranges. Bolt would always be burned by the width of the range, but others not so much. Site isn't yet on the Tesla app for Magic Dock users.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Some of the brands are owned by the same group. BYD has 4 brands, SAIC has 7, Geely has 4 we don't see in the USA. So knowing _actually_ how many different brands there are would be difficult.

Elon Musk once mocked China’s BYD. Now it’s running circles around Tesla

It's mostly cloudy today where I live.

Elon Musk once mocked China’s BYD. Now it’s running circles around Tesla

The numbers are based on the joke that is the Chinese test cycle. It's sad how these things are lapped up.

    Just kill it off already

Hmm. _Maybe_. Tesla's approach differed from the other companies and shaped plans and policy. Tesla's success also helped California increase ZEV requirements for the 2016-2025 years, and it helped give the EU an obvious alternative after Dieselgate broke in September 2015. Crucially, it in...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

    Tesla BEV Competition Developments

They might have brought the Velite over but just about that time high tariffs got slapped on Chinese cars. It was around the time of The End of the Sedan and multiple companies had to adjust strategy. (GM did try to bring the Cadillac CT6 PHEV over and it was a sales disaster.)

Tesla’s solar division to be responsible for Supercharger charging network

The headline is "solar division", but the article says "solar and battery" division, which essentially means Tesla Energy. Without a separate division for Supercharging, Tesla Energy is the natural home.

Well, as far as I am aware, the batteries themselves aren't responding in nanoseconds. The system may bid that fast, but the response times are in the 100s of milliseconds.

    Supercharger - Scarborough, ME

NEVI will add 2 sites in Portland, and there's an ElectrifyAmerica at the Scarborough Walmart. Everybody else will be well covered.d Not much point in adding new Magic Dock in such an isolated hotel location with the NACS changeover coming. N1 is a future NEVI that will replace the 1 50kW EVGo...
