While in Lusk, Wyoming on Saturday, we saw something similar where one ICE SUV was blocking two of the four Tesla stalls. While there were close to 50 empty non-Tesla parking spots available in the parking lot, they chose to park there and block two stalls. We got out and the driver mentioned he couldn't figure out how to plug in. Ha ha. Not funny. If you look closely at the stalls in Butte, as well as in Lusk, you'll see they are shared and ICE vehicles are allowed to park there for a limited time. If the signs hadn't been labeled as such, we might've said something to the SUV owner and asked them to move. It looks like they might've been in a caravan with a Tesla so we just charged for a few minutes and left. Fortunately on the return trip we were able to skip Lusk entirely.
