Legacy Model S No Updates
It's the same here, MS90D december 2016, HW upgrade and MCU2. Still on 2023.26.12. Because poor performance of cruise control in this version (and well, I hoped for cristmas gadgets) I opened a call with Tesla in Feb but apparently my car is up to date. -

Recent Regen Reductions?
I used Chill mode since it became available dec 2017. These days I switched back to normal because regen kicks in so slowly in chill mode. The absolute regen seems to be the same, but when you lift the foot it takes several seconds in chill to brake. In normal mode this a second or so, may be...- fc12

Regen Poll - What technique is best (let off at last second or coast)
I agree. And the heat loss is P=I²*R, therefore the losses are over proportionally higher with higher regen, I don't think that it really matters though.- fc12
