    Afaik your options are: 1. Go to 3rd party repair shop 2. Signup on service.tesla.com - 1 day rental for toolbox is $230CAD/day up here (and you'll need the cable to connect your laptop to your car as well)

    Did you figure out what the issue was? I tried tapping mine today (2012 Model S) and I'm getting 9V constant.

    Does Tesla provide ICBC insurance in house?

    I'm not sure how it works for new cars but I assume its similar to buying from a dealership - they will have onsite 'roadrunner' autoplan brokers that will get you insurance. Word of advice though, ICBC charges a premium for optional coverages for Tesla vehicles. Try BCAA and 3rd party...
