Whole east coast drives with FSD 12.3.6, doing amazing. Of the 1,000 miles my estimate is 5 edge cases. Crazy great. This week will be exciting with spring release with FSD 12.4.

I had this and it happened hours after a code upgrade, two reboots and exiting the car went away. Tesla checked and it was a bug. Nothing since snd after two recent upgrades still nothing.
