I upgraded to 2024.8.9 and just saw this no connectivity message. Is this new? Previously my radio or Spotify would just have the controls greyed out. Or have I just been lucky and not had any connectivity issues for a while?

My thought is that the boot is powered so it opens fully by itself and the frunk isn't. So you still have to possibly put down what you are carrying to open to to put bags etc in Granted, it popping is still more convenient than pulling phone out or getting into car first.

I was getting the stopped charging notification (I think the charge did momentarily stop and then resume) what fixed it was making sure the wall charger had a more stable WiFi connection. But that was just my experience.

I haven't driven myself but Mrs McChimp just nipped out and sent me this. It does seem to reasonably represent the area in our driver where we park. She did say it seemed to beep less than it used to. So that in itself is a win for me! Not sure if it will move around like the lines used to though.
