It wasn‘t clear what the source is. No signs of San Antonio Water and they clearly bought a new electric pump. You can see the box here and the water discharge. As you said, It was 105 degrees and intense sunlight. Very hard to see in the vault.

Post bases are in, but slow progress. Looks like quite the effort for this one. The large vaults have been installed, but a water pump is currently in the casing Pumping a large amount of water out.

Progress at the site. Trenching to main power vault has been dug with some conduit in the trench. You can see the charging poles are stored at the end. It’s not clear yet where along this long parking area the chargers will be located. This looks like just access to the grid right now.

Backfilled and getting ready for concrete

At the last stage before permit is approved. Hope they are ready to move quickly forward.

The excavated dirt had been removed. I would expect them to backfill before pouring the concrete with some “higher quality” fill. The material removed was full of large rocks and not great to use around their conduit.

I don’t think it will take more than 2 months and probably less. Getting ready for concrete now.

Work continues. The conduit is in and the bases are in place. Looks like it may be 15 stalls currently. The packing list also stated “15 Picked”.

There are 4 cabinets from Tesla Engergy that are V3 cabinets. I don’t think the other container is a 5th one. There are 18 parking slots currently in the line, so I think 16 stations is most likely. Glad to see some progress.

I’m on the same software and delivered the same week. On Teslafi, it appears only MS Plaid are running this version. Would certainly like to have some of the new features and get rid of the park assist unavailable bug, but Tesla just says “you’ll be updated when your VIN comes up.”

There was another one at the storage lot that day that had a form note with the date handwritten which stated “Gaps checked 10/18/21 and within specification. Do not adjust” Those panels looked good. Wish they had checked mine. It’s only the most expensive configuration they sell.

Several issues to address. The transport guys need training. Not sure why the car does not default to max ride height for transport. They‘ve ordered a new front bumper cover and under carriage cover. Driver’s door needs adjusting. Most annoying is a loud squeak in the passenger C pillar.
