That’s what I was trying to say actually. We don’t refer to tires as “summer tires” vs “winter tires”. They are just “tires”. Same set year round.

We use a car wash guy who comes to the house — not sure if that’s an option for you. Otherwise I’d find a hand wash place. (I’ve never liked taking any of my cars through drive thru / brush washes).

I wouldn’t assume it’s a rejected delivery. More than likely Tesla has certain May delivery and revenue targets they want to hit and they are playing catch up. Congrats.

DId you wait a day or so before completing your initial tasks? When I last purchased, it was speculated you didn't get in the queue until passing certain steps (registration, finance, etc...)

Yes - and also once you accept, you have 24 hours or 100 miles (whichever comes first) to report any issues - you would do so by opening a service request directly in the Tesla app. @jiren

the lease rates have increased since release....do you think that means your rate is not locked in? I did the app and was considering changing my color combo but don't want to be subjected to the higher lease cost

Anyone change their order after a VIN was assigned? I’m overthinking the exterior color. I have white now and where I live is teslaville with 1,000,000 white Teslas. So went with grey but I’m having second thoughts and thinking I want white exterior again 😅. Someone talk some sense into me!

If you order was cancelled and replaced; it would have meant your order number changes. This is probably just some back end Tesla thing for order fee, tax credit or whatever. I think you are reading too much into this. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It shows TBD once I schedule delivery. Does yours show location? My EDD adjusted to May 19-25 now (was 17-30 before vin). I’ve picked up my last 2 cars at Burbank and they delivered 1 to driveway.

My current 2021 MYP seats are white vegan leather. No fabric…? Honestly they still look great but I’m kinda type A

Will share my tried and true cleaning tips after having white for 3 years: the very best results have come from a spray bottle with hot water + few drops of dawn dish soap. Spray, wipe with micro fiber and repeat using a little elbow grease if/ when needed. I also like CarGuys “super cleaner”...

I’ve debated my exterior color choice many times. I think am I am going to miss my MYP but I can’t wait for another year for the refresh and felt silly to buy exactly the same car.

Totally agree on the pricing front. For people who qualify for the tax credit, the MYP is cheaper 🤯. Not sure why those people would choose an LR version with that as a factor.
