Same Here. Spent ages trying to troubleshoot this morning. It stated with displaying zero percentage and the data was at times either very laggy or very inconsistent in comparison to what the zappi was producing. Email sent to Tesla.

It normally starts low and then ramps up as to gauge what your charger has to offer. If nothing happens in ten minutes, just delete and restart your onboard again albeit it all seems normal to me. Zappi uses a diferent way to connect to IOG than Wallbox (The one I use) does.. the errors you...

That sound good. Error no power is normal... Charger will have a delay of up to ten minutes (probably tell you that on the myenergy app if you open it)

Make note off your window/windows now and then unplug, leave for about 5 minutes (even though a minute should suffice) and plug in again. If correct, your slots will have changed slightly from your start time at least.

Its just a test to see if its communicating with the charger and put you on he tariff. You should have nothing to worry about. If it doest work as expected, do reply back.

Why does it matter? its still within T&C's and the slots are given regardless... IE. slots are given way beyond a 100kw battery all the time even though the biggest battery is my model Y which is what IOG is setup for....Dont blame the player....besides, I have 5 cars to charge here, all bar two...

Thats ok. I just didn't want some people to think that integrating the zappi with IOG would cause a detrimental effect to the solar export instead of the car integration. My daughter pops around twice a week and charges her car during the day. Tbh I begrudge it when its sunny but I rather her...

If you have a compatible charger, its always the best option.

Even though I also have a zappi mine is linked to the Wallbox pulsar since that integration was available first but it will be the same thing as far as the octopus app is concerned.

I just have it set 100% and ready by 7am (I actually get a slot up to 7am every day but that will depend on your area) ... My Mrs LFP car will charge to 100% and mine will charge to 80% (as per what is set on the car). That is the way it’s always been set and I never have to touch it.

I think fit payments might have something to do with it.

Sorry about that. Post edited. Very easy and less hassle I would say since it just connects straight to the existing AC. My neighbour has a DC setup and has more equipment. Mine is a much neater install and required much less area. Obviously at a price...

Thats a funny odd number but I thought around 8 might of been the average given what others here have got on single phase. SSE have have given me permission for the aditional powerwall which now in and another 4kw solar but have given me a limit of a flat 6kw export which is what I already had...

A possible explanation is the your solar is limited on export give or take plus you have 5kw on the powerwall and that is your combined export 🤔 Maybe have a word with your installer and see what is what... might be that the gateway cant control your inverter or its not setup right 🤷‍♂️

I agree. However something to note and one cannot turn a blind eye is that for just about every car that is stollen and not recovered there will be loan cars until the claim is settled plus there is zero salvage for the insurer. I know many cars have been categorised as some form of write off...
