Yep, 80% is no longer considered "the sweet spot" for this particular battery as more people have figured out. I'm a 55% SoC guy myself now. But for the layman, 80% is perfectly fine long term. Just not for us nerds.

I think you're talking about two different things. The Li-Ion battery vehicles have a trailer brake controller harness in the footwell, this should be active. I just used mine the other day. The 12V aux pin at the trailer hitch is not enabled, however.

The PSEV is a 100% summer tire, just like the Pilot Sport 4S. Not ideal for frosty weather at all.

Your tech may have static balanced them rather than dynamic. There's a chance one or two wheels only need weight on one plane, but it's unlikely that all four are like that. They might roll "fine" but you'd notice at very high speeds, like 70/80/90+.

There's nothing wrong with driving on it on any axle. It's fine, nothing penetrated through the belt. There's Ubers and Lyfts with far worse tires driving around that will never experience a blowout.

Now that the second pic is posted - Yeah, it should be inspected. Still nothing crazy, but I would look to see if there are visible steel belts through that. If it's just rubber inside - you're good, and it didn't go down far enough to affect the structure.

Back tires almost always get the punctures. The front tires kick up debris, and the rear tires catch the sharp point mid-air, causing the puncture. I rarely see leaky front tires due to punctures. It's crazy. It certainly happens, but not as much in my experience.

This is an easy one for mobile service to perform, not sure why it's not being offered in the app. Sometimes you can make an appt at a service center, message them, and they will switch it to mobile service. My mobile guy has always said he can do it, but it's not something I've tried yet.

Usually they have firm sidewalls and ride slightly stiffer, but Michelins are sometimes an exception to the rule. They use a very soft compound and sidewall. The PS4S (for example) is a top tier summer tire but rides like a cloud.
