I asked ML Auto over DM, he uses 3mm spacers all around to clear his larger calipers. Do you have to run the 10mm up front? Is it catching the calipers?

You don’t mean repaint the whole car, just repaint and blend the scratched area, right? Or is that not possible with a flat paint? (Perhaps its impossible to match pevious batch with UV exposure?) You can wrap 2 tone as well.
