This feature is only for home chargers. So it only notifies people who can charge whenever they want.

My charge limit is 90% so whenever I get near my house under 46% it pings my phone with a notification saying, "Do you want to charge your vehicle"? What a stupid thing. Tesla software just seems so amateur :(
