Is this trim part normal looking?

You'll want to get that secured, it protects the bottom of the car. To date, no one has ever stolen catalytic converter from a Tesla. You don't want to be the first.

Is this trim part normal looking?

Looks like a fastener(s) fell out.

Clarification on EV parking and towing at businesses with free charging and no explicit restrictions

Yea that^^^. If I’m traveling and need a charge at my hotel I shouldn’t have to fight the non customers for a spot. I would add. Most parts of the country have a law that the tow sign must include where to get your car back. If that’s missing, it’s usually an empty threat.

Charging at home at 16 amps instead of 32

I tried and found the Be Ready At charging schedule is poor at best. Save yourself some frustration and set manual charging times. The OP may want to charge for an hour or more then use one of these to look for hot spots.

Elon Musk once mocked China’s BYD. Now it’s running circles around Tesla

BYD, a carmaker Musk once laughed at, overtook Tesla at the end of last year as the top seller of electric vehicles on the planet (Tesla overtook it in the first quarter of this year, but they’re neck and neck). And now it’s giving Toyota a run for its money, unveiling a new hybrid powertrain...

    Wall Charger DIY?

Stick with the Tesla wall charger. There isn’t much savings going with a 3rd party charger and you’ll loose some features. Installing a wall charger yourself is pretty simple. Make sure you buy the correct, or larger wire for your breaker size. I did mine in an afternoon including a 50’ pull...

    Battery scratch? Warranty still on?

All I see is a scratch on the plastic cover? If it worries you that much, replace the cover.

    Disable Automatic Trunk button

Not sure there is a way to do that, but I did buy some pipe insulation and tied it to the garage door vertically with zip ties. Now the trunk lid hits the soft insulation instead of the garage door.

Hacking Tesla Auto Park At Home | Will It Work?

Yea okay, don’t think I’ll be putting lines on my driveway any time soon.

Time to disable bluetooth as a key?

Tripled? I find that hard to believe. You must have had a claim(s). My California insurance (autos, home, plane) have pretty held the same. Auto down $400, house up $150, plane up $200. Not sure why auto went down other than the cars are a year older?

    Cant adjust my charging limit.

That's not right. Try adjusting it on the screen in the car.

Terrible service experience, why my 2023 Model S is a regrettable purchase

Florida does have a new car Lemon Law, but is pretty weak. The OP’s car is not unsafe to drive and its use is not impaired. There is a 30 consecutive day in shop law, but you have to put the shop on notice the clock is running. If they give the car back to you for one day, the clock starts...

    "New" 2023 with less warranty

Does it matter? How many miles do you drive in a year? Most of us run out of miles before we run out the calendar.

Elon Musk Discussion - Tesla Brand Damage

Elon Musk says AI will take all our jobs https://www.cnn.com/2024/05/23/tech/elon-musk-ai-your-job/index.html “If you want to do a job that’s kinda like a hobby, you can do a job,” Musk said. “But otherwise, AI and the robots will provide any goods and services that you want.”

Incorrect Information on Order Agreement from a Year Ago

The car was purchased and delivered in your name. Good luck, but I think you are SOL.
